All items are shipped from our warehouse once order processing is completed.
Usually this is done within one to three business days. MannHobby.com standard
methods of shipping include: UPS and The United Postal Service. Expected
delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days once the order is done
processing, unless otherwise noted.

International Order:
MannHobby.com offers international shipping to most of the countries worldwide.
Please feel free to email us at CustomerCare@MannHobby.com, our customer care
department will help you to complete your order.
For fraud prevention purposes, MannHobby.com reserves the right to verify orders
through a variety of means which might include phone verification, requests for
copies of front and back of credit card and/or certified identification.
MannHobby.com reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the
corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied as to the authenticity
of the order. Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and your info
will be forwarded to the FBI for investigation.
Note: The customer assumes responsibility for all customs
charges and other applicable fees or taxes.
Price & Terms:
Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. We are not
responsible for typographical or photographical errors. Shipping charges are
non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all services. We reserve the
right to refuse service to anyone.
Backorders / Preorders:
We will not purposely charge a customer for an item we don’t have in stock at
the time of your purchase. However, your credit card will be charged only when
your order is processed.
RETURNS:
ALL CUSTOMERS who wish to return any products must submit photos of
the item to make sure there is no additional damage unless the item we sent to you
is defective/missing parts when you received the shipment from us ( NOT AFTER
USE, PLAY OR MODIFIED ), you can notify us by email for return/exchange/refund
arrangement. All others must submit pictures to
CustomerCare@MannHobby.com Please make the subject in the email
as follows: Name, Address, Invoice number, copy of invoice, request for
RMA (ex: Invoice #####, Request for RMA).
Request for returns, exchanges or refund(s) of missing or damaged part(s)
must return within 14 Days of your receipt of merchandise(s) or contact us
immediately upon receipt of your order(s). If your request is reported after
14
Days, MannHobby reserves the right to not comply with your request.
Items wishing to be returned must be in brand new condition with all manuals,
accessories and all other items in original packaging and intact. A return of
any kind will not be granted once the item and/or original box has been damaged,
assembled, modified or used in any ways. All returned merchandise from our
customer will be inspected by our certified technicians before we can process
and ship out any replacements or process exchange.
We will not be held responsible for the lost shipment of returned merchandise
during shipping. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost
to send the return back to our offices. For returned merchandise that is found
to be genuinely defective (manufacturers defect), we will ship out the
replacement for free and will not charge additional shipping cost. Returns
/Exchanges or refund will not be allowed/granted if the item has been used,
assembled, damage or flown. MannHobby would like all customers to understand
that RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if a mistake was made or you do not
have the proper know how on how to use any of the products. Any kind of crash or
mishandled may cause damage(s) to the helicopter, boat, car, tank or airplane.
MannHobby will not be held responsible for any damage to the RC products because
of mishandled or improper used of the products.
MannHobby reserves the right not to send out for a replacement, if in the
opinion of our certified technicians, it is deemed that the merchandise has been
used, crashed, abused, mishandled, damaged or modified in any way, or has been
damaged by dust, dirt, water, sand or other contaminants. We also reserve the
right to refuse any box that is delivered to us that does not have an RMA number
written clearly on the outside shipping box. NO

BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE.
User is required to read
all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines as well as the
pre-flight checklist. MannHobby DOES
NOT accept responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or
accessories, or parts and materials, or damaged any property that occurs during
the use of any radio remote controlled model. Great care shall be taken when
using RC products.
MannHobby will not be held
responsible for the user’s negligence or lack of knowledge on the product
purchased. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or
her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection
therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by MannHobby, user
must read all manual and instruction prior to use any products.

MannHobby will make every
effort possible to understand that each case is unique, and try to assist you in
the best way possible. Please note that our RC products will be quality control
and tested before they are shipped from our warehouse to our customers.
Customer must agree to the
following terms and conditions: 1) Return shipping is the
responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend that you use a tracking number.
3) We do not responsible for lost packages.
6) The merchandise must be in Brand New and Unused condition and in its original
packaging.
7) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the
return/exchange.
8) Item(s) shipped to us must be well packed and padded in a strong box.
9) RMA's take up to 10 to 14 business days to process. The terms and
conditions listed above in the Warranty and Disclaimer as well as listed in the
Returns Section will be applied to all sales made from MannHobby.com via email,
telephone, fax, or post. We urge our customers to read all of the terms and
conditions before placing their order with MannHobby.com. If for any reason you
disagree with our terms, please call our customer care department, and we will
be happy to help with any questions. MannHobby reserves the right to
cancel/refuse any order as they see fit.
Missing / Received Wrong Item in Order:
Please contact the Customer Care Department immediately at
CustomerCare@MannHobby.com upon receiving the order.

must inform MannHobby.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from receipt
date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly
