Shipping

We require a signature when we ship orders greater than $300.00

All orders are usually shipped the same days according to stock availability. Our warehouse inventory is updated daily and it is very unusual if the item is out of stock after you place the order. However, if this does occur, you may cancel your order or keep it on backorder. We will not charge your credit card and/or we will refund and credit to your account.

 Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Parcel Post within 24 hours of receipt on stocked items and within 3 days on drop shipped items. You will be notified of any delays in shipping when you receive confirmation of your order.

Super saver Free shipping only applies to orders within the contiguous United States.
( Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands )

Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day service is also available at additional cost.

                                              Shipping to a Third-Party Address:

 If your shipping address is on file with the bank that issued the credit card, then there may a delay for processing your order.  Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. If the alternate shipping address is not on file with the bank that issued the credit card, your order will not be process,  additional verification will be needed to make sure that the credit card account is not lost or stolen. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.

                                                          Order Tracking

When your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail with an expected delivery date when available.  But delivery time varies depending on location.  Please allow up to one full day for tracking information to appear.
